The house comprises a stylishly converted olive mill. The house is situated in a very quiet street behind hotel Casablanca with no through traffic but within minutes of the centre of the village.
The house has two terraces with incredible views south to the Mediterranean, the Rock of Gibraltar and North Africa and also the picturesque roof tops and castle of the village. Central to the house is the courtyard, which has a solar heated pool 4.5m x 3m and a large area for sunbathing and dining.
La Esperanza is extremely comfortable and spacious and suitable for all seasons as it has both air conditioning, essential in the summer, and central heating, plus a cosy log fire for chilly autumn and winter weather.
